***Strengthening the Voice***

Workshop Details

When:  Sunday March 16, 2025 - from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm, 

(1/2 hour break-best to bring a quick lunch) and 1:30 pm to 4:00 p.m.

Where:  It will be at the Abundance Wellness Center, 325 John Knox Rd, Bldg T., Tallahassee, Florida 32303.

Cost:  The cost of the 5 hour workshop is only $75 per person.   FSU students are are eligible for a discount of $35.   Number of participants is limited to allow time for individual coaching.  Please register as soon as possible.

Participants select a text which they will email to Deb by March 1 about 120-150 words.  No rap or children's poetry, but something you feel connected to in terms of image or feeling.  It could be self-written, a monologue or a speech, but poetry is usually ideal to work with for our short time together.

Please dress in loose clothing for movement, we will be working on the floor (mats provided or you can bring your own) lying down, sitting and standing.
